A good and simple recipe in a bowl to eat!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas
- 1 can (540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
- Home made Bruschetta (or bought at the market)
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation:
1. In a bowl that can go in a microwave, place the tortilla and give it the shape of flat corrugated rim. Prick entire surface with a fork.
2. Bake in microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Let Cool. The bread hardens and keeps the shape of the bowl.
3. In a small dish that can go in a microwave, pour a few spoonfuls of bruschetta and black beans. Top with cheese.
4. Bake at high intensity about 2 minutes.
5. Place filling in Black Bean-tortilla bowl. Eat immediately!
Serve with raw vegetables or salad.
