This gluten-free, sugar-free and yeast-free bread is delicious and easy to spread even if it crumbles a bit.

Ingredients :

- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup sorghum flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 300 ml of almond milk or other milk of your choice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil (melted)

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Place the mixture in a greased loaf pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.


It is possible to make 1001 variations of this bread by adding raisins, cinnamon, nuts, etc..
