Salmon couscous

	Servings: 4 to 6
	
	 Ingredients:
	
	- 1 2/3 cup vegetable broth
	- 1 cup couscous
	- 1 tablespoon curry powder
	- 1/3 cup raisins
	- 1 red pepper into chunks
	- 1 cup small broccoli florets
	- 400-500 grams of cooked salmon, cut into chunks
	
	 Preparation:
	
	1. Bring the vegetable broth to boil. Add couscous and stir. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
	
	2. Add curry powder, raisins, red pepper, broccoli and salmon.
	
	3. Mix well and serve hot or warm.
