Bols-tortillas garnis de haricots noirs à la bruschetta

Une recette bonne et simple dans un bol qui se mange!Portions : 4
Ingrédients :
- 4 tortillas
- 1 boîte (540 ml) de haricots noirs en boîte, égouttés et rincés
- Bruschetta maison ou du commerce
- Fromage mozzarella, râpé
Préparation :
1. Dans un bol allant au four à micro-ondes, déposer le tortilla et lui donner la forme du plat en gondolant le rebord. Piquer toute la surface avec une fourchette (pour éviter que le tortilla ne gondole).
2. Cuire au four à micro-ondes, à puissance maximale, pendant 1 à 1½ minute. Laisser refroidir. Le pain durcit et garde la forme du bol.
3. Dans un petit plat allant au four à micro-ondes, verser quelques cuillerées de bruschetta et les haricots noirs. Recouvrir de fromage.4. Cuire à haute intensité environ 2 minutes.
5. Déposer la garniture aux haricots noirs dans le bol-tortilla. Manger aussitôt!
Servir avec des crudités ou une salade verte.
