The sesame oil and asparagus are a happy marriage in this very simple recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 asparagus bunch
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds lightly toasted
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the tamari, mustard, sesame oil and vinegar.
2. Cook the asparagus steamed until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
3. Serve asparagus topped with tamari sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
