Mushroom Sauce with Rice

Ingredients:


- 4 servings of cooked rice
- 227 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 cup soy milk
- Soy sauce or tamari sauce to taste

Preparation:

1. Sauté mushrooms and green onions in oil until the liquid has evaporated.

2. Add in flour, mix well and cook 1 minute.

3. Stir in milk gradually and cook, stirring until thickened. Stir often.

4. Pour the sauce over rice.

5. Just before serving, season with tamari sauce to taste.
