Pink sauce

Servings: 6 to 8

Ingredients:

- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup vegetable juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk or fork and warm.

2. Add a little sugar to remove some of acidity in the sauce.

3. Serve over pasta with vegetables and legumes or tofu.
