Spicy Oven Baked Fries

A taste of friday night!

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

- 5-6 medium red potatoes (also excellent with parsnips, sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, etc..)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or peanut oil
- 1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 / 2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 / 2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes (if they are organic, you can only brush them) and cut into sticks.

2. Mix oil and spices in bowl. Coat potatoes with mixture.

4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.

5. Bake at 450 ° F for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes.
