Couscous and green peas

	Servings: 5
	
	Ingredients:
	
	- 1 ½ cup vegetable broth
	- 1 ½ cup couscous
	- 2 tablespoons dried vegetables
	- 1 red pepper
	- 1 zucchini
	- 1 cup frozen green peas
	- 3 tablespoons safflower oil or olive oil
	- 1 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
	
	Preparation:
	
	1. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, remove from heat and add the couscous while stirring with a fork. Allow to swell for 5 minutes.
	
	2. Cut the vegetables, pour into a skillet with the oil and green peas.
	
	3. Let ingredients soften a few minutes on low heat. Mix with the couscous and add spices to taste.
	
	You can also add nuts, chickpeas, cottage cheese, etc..
