Hidden Olives

Ingredients:

- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 to 2 drops of Tabasco
- ¼ tea cayenne pepper
- 1 jar (375 ml) Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives

Preparation:

1. In food processor, mix all ingredients except the olives until you have a malleable dough. Drain olives.

2. In the palm of your hand, put a small ball of dough, flatten it, place the olive on dough and coat it with your fingers, being careful that the olive is all hidden.

3. Preheat oven to 450 ° F and bake olives 12 to 15 minutes.

The texture of the dough is even better when our hidden olives have cooled!

* Before cooking, the dough freezes well.
