Devil Sauce

Great for Chinese fondue ...

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- ¼ cup relish
- ½ cup Chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation:

1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.

2. Add remaining ingredients except the vinegar and cornstarch and bring to boil.

3. Combine vinegar and cornstarch to the sauce and cook, stirring to make smooth and thick.
