Cornmeal Pancakes

When we want a little more for breakfast.

Ingredients

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup soy milk or other milk

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Lightly oil a skillet to spread a thin layer of mixture and brown each side. Repeat until no more mixing.

Serve with fruits, custard, stewed apples, a fruit sauce, a sweet almond sauce ...
