Spaghetti in pink sauce with garlic flower

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

- 300 g of spaghetti (uncooked)
- 3 cups of pink sauce
- 5 stalks flower garlic, coarsely chopped
- Half a box of 540 ml of white beans, drained and rinsed
- Capers or black olives (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation:

1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

2. Steam garlic flower a few minutes.

3. Place the spaghetti in serving plates. Add slightly warmed white beans.

4. Spoon pink sauce over and sprinkle flower garlic.

5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan and capers or black olives.

We can also replace the garlic flower by another green vegetable of your choice.
