Mexican Pizza with hearts of palm

Ingredients:

- 1 / 2 can of 156 ml tomato paste
- 1 / 2 to 2 / 3 cup of salsa to taste
- 1 / 4 cup of hearts of palm liquid OR 1 / 4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup black beans (divided)
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 / 2 cup corn kernels
- 1 / 2 can of hearts of palm, sliced
- 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 / 2 red or green pepper, sliced
- 1 / 2 cup black olives, sliced

Preparation:

1. Combine tomato paste, salsa, ½ of black beans and liquid in blender or food processor until smooth.

2. Spread sauce on pizza dough. Add the 2nd half of black beans, corn and palm hearts. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepper and black olives.

3. Bake 12 minutes at 350 ° F and Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden.
